So finally managed to get a Steam account. Jake from FK gave me this info on a guy on another forum, who was selling his CS CD-Key for $10.

I ended up meeting this guy, Edward, all the way at Yio Chu Kang. I gotta say though. The North-South MRT Line has more than it's fair share of Chio Bu(s).. :p
