Quantum Physics

Well, so far it's been a boring day today. With the exception of the arse(the one you know as Straight-Talker[ST]) posting completely errant comments. Comments that were so far from the truth that astronomers may mistake it for the 10th planet in this solar system. (Didn't he say he wasn't going to post anymore btw?)

Well, i can find solace in the fact that obviously he can't read because despite my showing evidence against his baseless lies, he continues to post them. In all honesty, he's as stupid as they come, which i guess is why he deserves to be in well, let's not demean the rest of them just because of him.

I mean, c'mon. He kept on repeating the same things over and over again. He said he was from my church. When asked what church was that, he avoided the answer. Haha. So obvious lor...

Haha..

One day, once i get my own server up, I'll finally have the leeway to block people by IP addresses and then he'll be gone. Which brings me to another point.

As society progresses, as a discovery channel program noted, people become more ego-maniacal, as shown oh-so-gracefully by ST. We get more and more engaged in the tangible aspects of life as well as the social aspects.

Is it then that we become less civil? Surely we should be more civil. The age of the internet further promotes this lifestyle. Faceless names. Facades pulled over our eyes, like a thick blanket. We do things we once dared not do. But even so, we do not do it as ourselves, but rather as the persona that we create.

Therefore we should ask ourselves this question. Was it really better off in the old days? When things didn't complicate so many things? If so, some may argue that this is merely a phase which we MUST pass to go to yet another phase where things will become simpler again. Not following? I'm talking robots and/or intelligent computer systems. - Wanna sleep? Clap your hands twice and out comes ur bed, complete with it's own cooling system. Wanna eat? Clap three times and you've got food. But will this truly make things better?

What if instead of using all that extra time we have gained to do things we never thought we could do, to laze around? After all, we've got everything provided for us.

If this is the price we must pay just to have a chance at maybe, just maybe, having an even simpler life than before, is it truly worth it? Not in the long term, but rather with the immediate repercussions caused.

"The IT market drives it's own economy" they say. So too shall the economy of all technology related markets. But where do the majority of consumers come from? The IT Industry itself?

If we are to continue to live in this stage, would it not be dangerous as we could turn against one another at any moment. The world is a big place. Instead of being a busybody and instigating anger when you're not even part of the equation, why not be silent and keep your thoughts to yourself if it doesn't affect you?

I know it may not be the most deep things you've ever heard, but this is what I'm thinking.

FusionStream, out.
